How long does a VIDERR service take?
Timing depends on the size of your home, the number of rooms and soft surfaces, and any optional steps. We give you a time estimate with your quote so you can plan your day.
Do I need to leave my home during the service?
No. Many clients stay home. We may ask you to keep out of a room while certain steps run. The optional UV-C step, for example, is only used in an unoccupied, prepared room.
Which surfaces can be steamed?
Only surfaces that are compatible with steam and approved by their manufacturer, such as many hard surfaces, tile, grout and suitable fabrics. On delicate, heat-sensitive or unsealed materials we skip steam or use a different method, and we tell you in advance.
What does HEPA mean?
HEPA stands for high-efficiency particulate air. Under the standard definition, a true HEPA filter captures at least 99.97% of particles at 0.3 microns. For a vacuum, what matters is a sealed design, so the air it draws passes through the filter instead of leaking around it.
Does UV-C disinfect my home?
We don’t make that claim. UV-C effectiveness depends on the device, exposure time, distance and shadowing. At VIDERR it is an optional, supplemental step used only according to the manufacturer’s safety instructions, not a guarantee of whole-room disinfection.
Does VIDERR replace my regular cleaner?
VIDERR is designed to complement routine housekeeping. We don’t do dishes, laundry or organizing. We focus on dust extraction, surface treatment and soft-surface extraction.
How often should I book?
Most clients book a periodic reset, for example seasonally, after renovation work, or after a busy stretch at home. We’ll suggest a rhythm that fits your home.
